Obama Picks A Running MateLate last night or early today, depending on how you see it, presidential candidate Barack Obama finally picked up someone to run with him on the Democratic ticket. He picked Senator Joseph R. Biden Jr. from Delaware. Many are now going who?! That is the general consensus. Many were hoping to see Obama pick up Hilary Clinton picked up as his vice presidential candidate.
The few that I have spoken to since this news broke are scratching their hands, and some are even saying Obama has lost their vote. They will now vote for the other side, and if this happens a lot we could see McCain take office, and we would have another four years under Republican rule. If that happens, this country is in trouble. Big trouble! This is a country in crisis, and we need change. Obama could be the force behind that change, but he picked the wrong person to run by his side.

Don’t underestimate Biden. He was also a major proponent of the withdrawal of American troops from Iraq and has plenty of foreign policy experience. His more moderate positions will definitely appeal to Independents and even Republicans.
