It seems quite possible that Charles Barkley was getting an early start to the New Year’s Eve celebration when he was stopped early of the morning of December 31st. He was stopped after he ran a stop sign in Old Town Scottsdale ealy Wednesday morning. After refusing to take a breath test, he took a blood test and he was charged with driving while impaired. He was soon released pending the results of the blood test, which should come back within a week. Barkley handled the situation well, and if he is convicted could spend between one to ten days in jail and lose his license for a period of ninety days.

That is right. Bristol Palin has finally given birth to her son. Some were beginning to wonder just when the event would happen. She was due two weeks ago, but there is no more wondering. Bristol and her boyfriend welcomed their little boy into the world back on Saturday, and they named him Trip Easton Mitchell Johnston. The little boy weighed in at 7 pounds 7 ounces. The speculation is still flying over whether or not Bristol is also the mother of little Trig. Those rumors will always continue to fly it seems. Congratulations to Bristol and Levi on their new son.

There has been rumors of this for quite some time now, and it looks like these rumors are only gaining more weight. The two are ready to put it all to an end, and they have figured out just the way to do it.  They plan to perform on stage together one last time on Valentine’s Day at Madison Square Garden.

Jennifer will surprise him on stage, they will perform together, and then they will announce their divorce. Not sure how much of a surprise this is if people are already being told about it now. It isn’t even January yet! We’ll have to see if it ends up happening.

Who remembers the wrestler Chyna? She wrestled back when the WWE was still called the WWF, and she also appeared on a season of The Surreal Life on VH1. She was on the season where Peter Brady hooked up and Mini Me took a piss in the corner of the hallway. Well, if you remember that little episode, you might also remember Mini Me had too much to drink that night.

Now Chyna has followed in his footsteps. She was rushed to the hospital early Saturday morning after drinking too much. Friends found her passed out with cuts on her arms. That’s when they called for an ambulance. When she arrived, those on staff at the hospital couldn’t even give her a psych evaluation because she was so drunk. Antics such as these aren’t new for the woman though. She displayed behavior like this on The Surreal Life and in life as well!

Ever heard silence is golden? This is an instance of someone looking for that silence he so desperately needed while enjoying a movie at the theater on Christmas day. The man went to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, but a man in front of him wouldn’t keep quiet. In order to get the silence he wanted, the man shot the one making all the noise. That man was at the movie with his child. Charges have been filed against James Joseph Cialella including attempted murder charges for the shooting at the Philadelphia area theater. After he shot the other man, he sat back down to finish watching the movie.

New parents Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson decided to finally give the world a look at their son this Christmas. The picture of baby Bronx hit the Internet after the couple were unable to sell the pictures to the highest bidder. Pete said offers had been made for the pictures on his blog, but they declined each and every single offer. Somehow I really don’t believe that. Bronx? Really? Are they going to name their next kid Brooklyn? Then there is always Queens. They can can follow that up with Manhattan. That way they can say the child was Made in Manhattan.  Baby names are always something to wonder about.

While most families are gathering together on this Christmas Day to eat turkey or ham with all the trimmings, Jennifer Aniston is looking forward to a very different Christmas dinner with family and friends. The forty year old is waiting to see how her Christmas Day release of Marley & Me does while eating chili con carne. It is a recipe of her mom’s, and she originally cooked the meal herself before, but now she has a wonderful cook that takes charge of her meals. Apparently, Jen is a disaster in the kitchen. Back in September, DJ AM was involved in a plane crash that injured Travis Barker and killed four other when his plane overshot the runway, crashed and then burst into flames. Now he is suing for the crash and more details about it have been released. Apparently a tire blew shortly after take off, and the pilots made the decision to abort take off. This is what caused the crash.

DJ AM is suing the estate of the pilots and several companies for damages in this incident. Travis Barker has already filed a similar lawsuit. This crash was such a terrible tragedy. DJ AM and Travis Barker are very lucky men to be alive. The lawsuit was filed on December 23rd.

In order to fight off rumors that he is sick and dying, Michael Jackson has announced for a world tour. Yes, Michael Jackson is getting ready to go back out on the road to support his music. A representative for the singer has denied the reports that Jackson needs a lung transplant by issuing a statement that including the following.

The writer’s wild allegations concerning Mr. Jackson’s health are a total fabrication. Mr. Jackson is in fine health and finalizing negotiations with a major entertainment company and television network for both a world tour and a series of specials and appearances.

A new tour for Michael? No matter what the man has done, his music has always been great.

No, he didn’t get sprayed for bugs, but you never know if that might help him out some. The porn star was out eating with friends in Los Angeles over the weekend when an angry paparazzi decided to spray Jeremy in the face with pepper spray. The porno king was sitting in Mel’s Diner when the incident took place.

However, Jeremy has now taken a public stance for this paparazzi. He even allowed the man to interview him following the incident. Nice guy. Get sprayed, and then stand up for the guy that did it? If this had been Kanye West … well we know what would have happened there!
