Heather Locklear Pleas Out
Back in September, Heather Locklear was stopped and later charged for DUI. Now she has started the year of 2009 with a clean slate. She has pleaded out of the case with a deal that includes a a $700 dollar fine, a drug education program and probation. She was stopped back on September 28th in California after someone called in and said she was driving erratically. There have been rumors of Locklear and the new return of Melrose Place to the CW, but there is no real word yet if she will be included in the new project. Looks like she got off with a pretty good deal.
